Drink water: 

It’s a well-known principle that drinking water will aid in weight loss and also in weight loss maintenance. It’s recommended that you drink at least 2 liters of water per day. This will keep your body hydrated and help you with digestion. Furthermore, it will help you with maintaining a healthy metabolism. A good tip is to drink water before meals as it will make you feel full and you will eat less.

Avoid stress:

Stress is a big reason for weight gain. So try and reduce this as much as possible. You will need to make it your mission to relax and be as calm as possible. Stress increases cortisol in your body which is responsible for more cravings. And of course, cravings lead to more eating.! Since Pilates uses small, repetitive movements to increase your lean muscle, it is a great way to tighten and tone your body. Light weights multiple times a week is great to reduce fat and to tone all over your body. Even when you aren’t exercising, you should try and avoid sitting all the time. You must increase your overall physical activity so that your body is in its best state. Some ways of being more physical are: taking the stairs, using a standing desk while you work, short walks during lunchtime. 

Eat Healthy

It is vital to have a healthy diet. You must avoid processed foods, sugar, foods that are high in carbs and saturated fat etc. By eating foods that are good for you such as protein (chicken, fish), vegetables and healthy fats, you will not only feel energized but also be able to maintain your liposuction results.
