Forehead wrinkles: causes and solutions

Many people have eyebrow ptosis, and as they age, forehead usage increases and results in deep horizontal wrinkles on the forehead.

The elasticity of skin and collagen are lost in the aging process. In this process, muscles around the eyes strengthen and cause both eyebrows and forehead to droop down.

Droopy skin covers the eyes and make them more difficult to open them. This leads to the use of forehead rectus muscle, deepening wrinkles on the forehead over a period of time.

Simple injections or botox procedures may give temporary effect to remove wrinkles. However, forehead, eyelid, eyebrow lifting procedure will give a long lasting effect to open eyes more naturally and easily.

This endoscopic forehead lift minimizes wrinkles and improves overall appearance to look younger.

In endoscopic procedure, three to four small incisions of 1-2cm are made inside the scalp. Endoscope (instrument with a tiny camera) will be inserted through the incisions to examine the detailed interior of the forehead.
Advantages of this procedure are quick recovery period and minimal scarring.
